               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">REQUIREMENTS:  * High school graduate or G.E.D.   * Certification as a Nurse Assistant in the State of Oregon, having successfully completed an Oregon State Board of Nursing approved training program, and must be in good standing with the Oregon State Board of Nursing  * Nursing Assistant experience in an acute setting may substitute for long term nursing experience    * Skills to handle the many situations that are presented by residents, families, supervisors and staff   * Skills to do repetitive detail work  * Skills to notice change in a resident's physical and / or psycho-social condition and report to the Nurse Supervisor   * Ability to be flexible and adapt to change, and take direction from the Nurse Supervisor   * Must demonstrate knowledge of body mechanics and the ability to safely transfer residents   * Must demonstrate safe feeding techniques    PREFERRED:  * Minimum of 1 year current nursing assistant experience, satisfactory clinical training at the company will be accepted in lieu of experience    JOB DUTIES:  * Provide direct basic nursing care to residents according to our Health Center policies and procedures, including services listed in the Oregon Administrative Rules  * Ensure our Health Center's goal of providing care to our residents in an atmosphere of comfort, independence and dignity    HOURS:  * Day shift: 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.  * Evening shift: 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.  * Night shift: 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.    EMPLOYER COMMENTS:  * Pass drug screen and background check                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                             </font></td>
