<td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">**For IMMEDIATE consideration contact WorkSource Portland Metro East at 503-669-7112 option 2** REQUIREMENTS: * High school diploma or GED * Current Oregon CNA * Valid driver license, insurable driving record, own automobile insurance, and full use of vehicle during business hours JOB DUTIES: * Provide assistance with activities of daily living and homemaking to clients who are usually in their place of residence. * Follow service and care plan set up for client written by client or client's representative and case manager. * Moderate amount of travel. * Assist clients with A.D.L's (Activity of Daily Living): bathe, oral and skin care, shampoo, dress and undress, and toileting (commode, bedpan, or urinal). * Care for clients of all ages (care should be individualized and reflect an understanding of client's developmental needs). * Meet individualized care needs of clients of all social, economic, and cultural groups. * Assist with client transfers, activities, and ambulation. * Assist with prescribed exercises per instruction of an appropriate staff member. * Assist with meal preparation and help client eat. * Household services which are essential to client at home such as clean house, change linen, do laundry and shop. * Follow instruction as given by registered nurse which may include change colostomy bags, empty or change drainage bags follow service and care plan. * Provide transportation such as to and from medical appointment. * Additional duties as assigned. HOURS: 20 to 40; work a flexible schedule that includes night, day, and weekend shifts. LOCATION: Positions are available throughout Portland Metro Area and beyond. EMPLOYER COMMENTS: "Pass a criminal background check (no theft or person to person convictions)." </font></td>
