Invest in you!<BR><BR><BR>Job Summary:<BR>Under the direction of the designated commercial banking officer; responsible for providing operational, loan documentation and loan analysis assistance as needed. Provide information, research and follow-up to complex high value commercial banking clients.<BR><BR>Major Responsibilities:<BR>Orders documentation to board new and renewed loans including documentation for large commercial loans with complex covenants and collateral structures including syndicated/multi-bank credits. Reviews all documents to ensure all are complete and are properly executed. (25%)<BR>Monitor relationships for receipt of financial statements and other documents from clients and interface with staff in the Commercial Credit Center to support loan management requirements. (10%)<BR>Service clients' lending/operational requests. Interact directly with clients to request information, respond to inquiries, resolve problems, quote interest rates, etc. Works with various Bank departments in the identification and resolution of operational problems. Conducts research if necessary to resolve. May recommend new dept operations procedure to resolve issues. (20%)<BR>Act as a liaison to other departments on behalf of client including commercial loan documentation, commercial loan operations, global funds transfer, cash management and commercial customer service unit. (20%)<BR>Maintain current knowledge of bank operations policy /regulations to identify potential impact on customer accounts and to respond to client requests for information.(5%)<BR>Maintain client and prospect records in ESB and RCIF (5%)<BR>Quote foreign exchange rates to commercial clients.(1%)<BR>Monitor past due loans and maturing obligations (5%).<BR>Ensure timely documenting/boarding of loans by interfacing with the commercial loan documentation center. (7%)<BR>Resolve documentation deficiencies including insurance and collateral.
