Connect ESCO processes with global account customer processes with emphasis on price and contract management.<BR>Essential functions of this position include, but not limited to:<BR>• Pricing focus and ownership including maintenance of the global price matrix on selected accounts to ensure alignment and understanding of price by account<BR>• Contract management including the capture of all assigned global account contracts and agreements<BR>• OEM contract support including collaboration with business champion of P&H agreement to implement the program<BR>• First fit tracking including linkage to Supply Chain and generation of the monthly first fit report<BR>• Global Team support including maintenance of the Share point site<BR>• Support of customer visitation standard work and assistance with global account visits<BR>• Assist with identifying trends at global accounts including customer activity, news, new equipment and new projects.<BR>• Utilize global CRM database to support global accounts team and provide reports as required<BR>• Work with sales, marketing, and engineering teams on problem resolution to maintain highest levels of customer satisfaction<BR>• Global pricing clarity and action plans to address issues<BR>• Capturing all contracts and agreements for selected global accounts<BR>• Securing customers commitment to ESCO “first fit”<BR>• Assist in building sales of ESCO expanded core products<BR>Job Requirements :<BR><BR>• Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or other related fields. MBA preferred.<BR>• 5-10 years industry related experience<BR>• High level of product, market, and customer base knowledge<BR>• Excellent verbal and written communication skills<BR>• Proficient in basic information technology tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, Sales Logix)<BR>• Travel support as required, less than 10%<BR>Offer Relocation :No </font></td>
