The Compliance and Data Specialist is responsible to liaise with clinical programs, billing specialists, and payers to improve billing and collections results, with special regard to service authorizations, denial analysis and resolution, and third party billing processes. The position is also responsible for supporting performance improvement and compliance initiatives, including data collection and reporting, billing policies, grievance tracking, abuse allegation coordination, contract compliance, and documentation tracking that supports the direct service lines of the Youth and Family programs.<BR>The successful candidate will have a bachelor''s degree in human services, business administration, healthcare administration, or a related field. Equivalent experience may substitute for a BA such as two years'' direct experience in mental or behavioral health setting, or coursework in business management or health care administration. The candidate must possess strong PC skills, including Microsoft Excel, database knowledge and web interface applications; strong oral and written communication skills; and the ability to multi-task. Exceptional customer service skills, problem-solving abilities, and organizational skills are a must.<BR>A pre-hire drug screen and criminal background check are required.
