               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Title: Content Strategist<BR>Location: Oregon-Portland<BR>Job Number:_14544<BR>Providence is calling a full-time Content Strategist for a day shift position at Providence Office Park in Portland, OR. <BR><BR>In this position, you will:<BR><BR><BR>* Plan and manage the creation, delivery, and governance of content in digital products and communications to support meaningful, actionable experiences, as well as supports the ongoing optimization, content maintenance and user experience for digital communication channels. Updates will be facilitated through content management tools provided by 3rd party vendors or through internally developed site management tools.<BR>* Work collaboratively with Marketing, Product Managers and other business users to identify new content to be developed or content changes to be made.<BR>* Consult with stakeholders to determine how use existing site functionality to meet their business needs. If new functionality is required, this individual will work with other team members to define the business requirements and prioritize the work.<BR>* Be responsible for maintaining a holistic on-site content and communication plan, insuring that content and messaging are aligned both with offline and online communication plans and within a given website. Be responsible for updating content where possible within existing content management tools. In situations where updates require development resources from either vendors or internal IS teams, this individual will coordinate with team members to ensure these are made and verified as expected within the appropriate timeframe.<BR>* Be responsible for collecting, maintaining and managing on-going content change-requests and will work with the management team to prioritize work to be done.<BR>* Be required to provide transparency to all changes made and for requests in process and still pending. This individual will also generate and maintain documentation of the processes that support their work for the website(s) they are responsible for.<BR>* Be expected to understand the underlying business rules that govern the content on the website(s) that they are responsible for and to use this understanding to determine most optimal ways to implement requests for content changes. These requests should be managed in a queue that reflects the priorities set by product owners via ongoing, regular communication.<BR>* Need to provide transparency to outstanding requests and executed changes on an ongoing basis to all vested parties.<BR><BR>Qualifications:<BR><BR><BR>Required qualifications for this position include:<BR><BR>* BA/BS degree in journalism, business, marketing, communications, Internet or related field or equivalent experience.<BR>* Experience managing work requests and prioritization process with responsibility for end-to-end communications with business users.<BR>* Adept translating business needs into business requirements with ability to act as a consultant regarding functional capabilities and implementation options for existing applications / system                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                </font></td>
