<td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Title: Conversion Support Center Transition Specialist<BR>Location: Oregon-Portland<BR>Job Number:_14582<BR>Providence is calling a full-time Conversion Support Center Transition Specialist for a day shift position at Providence Office Park in Portland, OR. <BR><BR>In this position, you will:<BR><BR><BR>* Be instrumental in helping the organization accept and stabilize the Epic solution from an operational perspective, immediately upon the go-live at each PHS facility. <BR>* Be responsible for over-seeing the initial operations for an assigned functional domain within One Revenue Cycle<BR>* Be responsible to understand and refine the prescribed work flows, policies and procedures, as well as become familiar with the functional workings of the Epic software. <BR>* Work closely with Epic Analysts to identify, troubleshoot and resolve issues that prevent the accurate and efficient processing of business transactions using the Epic solution. <BR>* Need to serve many roles, including business/functional expert, Epic functional super-user, problem solver, operational/leadership advisor, data/metrics analyst, and quality assurance watchdog. <BR>* Provide implementation planning, testing, communication, and at the elbow training of computer systems.<BR><BR>Qualifications:<BR><BR><BR>Required qualifications for this position include:<BR><BR>* Bachelor''s Degree preferred, with emphasis in Healthcare, Business or Information Systems.<BR>* Minimum of 5 years work experience in healthcare business office operations, including Scheduling, Admissions, Insurance Verification/Authorization, HIM, Charging, Billing, Cash Posting and Follow-up.<BR>* Minimum of 3 years? experience in an analytical role where you managed operational process improvement efforts and/or operational implementation of new software applications.<BR><BR>Preferred qualifications for this position include:<BR>* Epic Revenue Cycle Experience.<BR>About Providence in Oregon<BR><BR>As the largest health care system and largest private employer in Oregon, Providence offers exceptional work environments and unparalleled career opportunities.<BR><BR>The Providence Experience begins each time our patients or their families have an encounter with a Providence team member and continues throughout their visit or stay.
