<td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">REQUIREMENTS: * Associate's Degree * Minimum 3 years experience in the decorator industry * Minimum 2 years experience in an office administrative environment * Knowledge and experience at least 1 of the following categories: window coverings, carpet and installation methods * Skills to learn and face new challenges * Problem solving and multitasking skills * Skills to effectively communicate with all levels of personnel * Strong computer literacy including experience with MS Windows, Word and Excel * Strong communication, organizational, analytical and math skills JOB DUTIES: * Maintain regional installation pricing * Work with installation partners to ensure goals are prioritized and met * Work closely with all internal and external personnel and installation partners to ensure successful delivery of services * Assist with the de-escalation of job / installer related issues * Manage Installer Bill Backs beginning with research of Installer error account, creating Alert and notifying the installer * Research installer disputes, reconciliation and bill back processing to AP * Assist with any client / customer complaints in an efficient and timely manner, ensuring successful resolution * Promote strong relationships with all company personnel / partners, both internal and external * Analyze results and suggest improvements for assigned region of installation services * Proactively communicate trends and opportunities to management for improvement * Perform job duties with a great attitude and work ethic * Observe all office conduct guidelines * Communicate daily via voice mail and email with installers throughout the U.S. and Canada * Keep all task assignments current * Perform tasks as assigned adhering to completion dates EMPLOYER COMMENTS: "Our Company is looking for an experienced individual to bring knowledge and expertise to our Installation Department team.
