You&#39;ll develop strong partnerships and collaborate with various groups both internally & externally to assist in driving the delivery of an exceptional customer service experience.<BR><BR>As the Copywriter Manager for our Nike CS Experience Team, you will be responsible for managing a team of Knowledgebase Authors and will have ultimate accountability for all knowledgebase & FAQ content including search engine optimization (SEO) of that content. We are looking for an individual who can manage, motivate, and inspire Knowledgebase Authors / SEO Copywriters and ensure their commitment to updating and maintaining compelling content on a regular, real-time basis. In this role, you will schedule regular reviews of the knowledgebase to identify areas that need to be updated, enhanced, and/or expanded from a content & SEO perspective. You will also review the structure of the knowledgebase on a periodic basis in order to ensure that it reflects the needs of our business.<BR><BR><BR>Qualifications:<BR><BR>Requirements for the position include:<BR><BR>* Bachelor&#39;s degree in Business, Communications or a related field<BR>* Minimum of 3 years&#39; experience in effectively creating and managing knowledgebase content, systems and processes. This includes experience in knowledgebase / knowledge management tools (i.e. search engines, information retrieval, data mining, document management, and enterprise portals and software selection). Experience with the RightNow platform in particular is a plus<BR>* Experience with Search Engine Optimization (SEO) processes / techniques preferred<BR>* Minimum 3 years&#39; experience in managing a staff of 4 or more direct reports required<BR>* 3 years&#39; experience in a contact center environment preferred<BR>* Ability to identify areas of opportunity through root cause analysis, data analytics and to drive improvements via concise action planning and process improvement<BR>* Proven experience demonstrating strong and effective project management skills and the ability to lead, direct, and collaborate with both internal & external resources<BR>* Ability to manage multiple projects on various levels with di                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                   </font></td>
