You&#39;ll join a dynamic internal audit team where you&#39;ll plan and lead operational and financial audits for domestic and international operations. You&#39;ll also evaluate the adequacy and application of accounting controls to ensure financial reporting is in compliance with GAAP; partner with management to develop creative and innovative business-oriented solutions to improve controls, mitigate risk, ensure process effectiveness and efficiency and meet corporate strategic objectives. You will also present audit results to clients and executive management through meetings and audit reports. In addition, you&#39;ll supervise other auditors during the audit, review and approve other auditor&#39;s work, define specific responsibilities and ensure personal development of others through on-the-job training and mentoring.<BR><BR>Qualifications:<BR><BR>* Bachelor&#39;s degree with an emphasis in Business, Accounting, Finance or any other Q/A related field<BR>* 4 years&#39; experience in internal auditing, public accounting or financial/business operations<BR>* Demonstrated experience with business process mapping and internal controls assessments<BR>* Ability to travel 20 - 40% (domestic and international)<BR>* Strong business acumen<BR>* Project management and team leadership skills<BR>* Excellent verbal and written communication skills<BR>* Ability to identify and prioritize actionable solutions<BR>* MBA, CPA, CIA or CFE certification is highly desired<BR>* Experience with Visio, MS Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook is highly desired<BR>* Ability to pass a 7 year background check<BR><BR><BR>Interested yet?
