<td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Title: Costing Analyst<BR>Location: OR-Portland<BR>Job Number:_00076783<BR>As our Costing Analyst, you'll provide analysis to the North America Product Creation Team (Marketing, Development and Design) and the Costing organization. You'll define and measure the financial impact of various product strategies, initiatives, and assist the Global Category and the Global Costing Team to achieve the Gross Price Margin targets. This includes working with Factory, Developers, NAPC Team and Costing Team to review and interpret factory cost break down and its impact on the total weighted margin. You'll also provide and perform scenario analysis regarding materials, component, technology, productivity and foreign exchange changes. Besides reviewing historical information and models, you'll participate in the interpretation and reviewing of the cost breakdown and scorecards. In addition, you'll collaborate with factory and Team to identify and resolve costing issues and you'll provide Gross Price Margin analysis and ad hoc reports. To ensure that we continue to hire competent, ethical and trustworthy individuals, all candidates must successfully complete a thorough background investigation prior to receiving any offer of employment from Nike.<BR><BR>Qualifications:<BR><BR>Requirements for the position include:<BR>* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, preferably with a concentration in accounting or finance<BR>* 2 years plus years' relevant experience in finance, cost or lean accounting, manufacturing, or product creation<BR>* Must have effective verbal and written communication skills including presentation<BR>* Ability to clearly articulate policies and instructions<BR>* Proficient information seeking skills and drive results<BR>* Ability to share ideas and develop effective responses or elevate to higher management<BR>* Ability to network and utilize internal and external resources<BR>* Must have demonstrated skills and demonstrated skills in problem solving and result orientation<BR>* Knowledge of SAP including BW, is strongly preferred<BR>* 2 year of experience budgeting, forecasting and monitoring multiple business units, cost centers, programs <BR>* Strong analytical, problem solving, research and resolution skills<BR>* Demonstrated ability to provide proactive consultation to internal customers requiring financial interpretation<BR>* Ability to maintain a high level of integrity, remain flexible, be results-oriented and work within a team<BR><BR><BR><BR>Job: Finance </font></td>
