               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Title: Creative Specialist<BR>Location: United States-Oregon-Portland Area<BR>Other Locations:The Search Creative Development team is part of Yahoo! Sales. The team consists of Creative Strategists who develop the advertising creative (keywords, titles descriptions and ad groups) for advertisers running Yahoo! Search Marketing campaigns. The Team also reviews advertisers campaigns and proactively recommends solutions to improve campaign performance. As such, Creative Strategists are specialists when it comes to search marketing, specifically as it relates to identifying relevant keywords, creating and testing effective ad copy, selecting appropriate landing pages, structuring advertisers accounts to maximize their return on investment and pushing the limits of how the medium can be used to achieve marketing success. Along with their Sales counterparts (Account Managers and Account Executives), the Creative Strategists are senior individual contributors who act as a key strategic resource for Yahoo!s most valuable advertisers in planning and implementing their search marketing campaigns as well as ensuring an overall positive experience with YSM.<BR><BR>Primary Responsibilities:<BR><BR>-Own a set of our highest-value advertiser accounts together with your Sales counterparts.<BR>-Work independently to identify, prioritize and provide necessary service and pro-active advice for improvement of assigned accounts either through best practice implementation, account analysis, and/or category expertise.<BR>-Work directly with advertisers at all levels of their organization helping to diagnose their issues, identify opportunities and promote behavior that grows spends with YSM but also ensures long-term client success. This can include daily interaction as well as preparation and delivery of monthly and quarterly senior executive presentations.<BR>-Be an expert with respect to YSM guidelines and search marketing best practices and be able to communicate these to all levels of our advertisers organizations.<BR>-Be an expert in at least one of YSMs core industry categories, helping to drive thinking around that category, share best practices and be a resource to other members of the Yahoo! organization with respect to that category.<BR>-Continually drive new thinking with respect to management of search marketing campaigns, including development of best practices, development of new analytical techniques, industry-specific insights, etc.<BR><BR>Basic Qualifications:<BR><BR>-Demonstrated experience providing strategic marketing advice either within a blue-chip company or as part of an agency.<BR>-Strong understanding of all facets of marketing, search marketing and best practice campaign development and management and a willingness to continue to stay contemporary on trends within the industry<BR>-Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills (Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint)<BR><BR>Preferred Qualifications:<BR><BR>-Demonstrated success working in a cross-functional environment, promoting change among peers and senior manage                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                   </font></td>
