<td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Title: Data Integrity Technician Portland OR<BR>Location: Oregon-Portland<BR>Job Number:_17475<BR>Providence is calling a temporary Data Integrity Technicianto ProvidenceHealth & Services in Portland, OR.<BR>We are seeking an individual who is skilled in problem solving and analysis, excels at communicating at all levels within an organization, and is able to make sound decisions to join our team ina temporary position (duration of 6 to 18 months).<BR><BR>In this position you will:<BR>* Audit and clean-up duplicate records in the Epic Master Patient Index (MPI).<BR>* Focus on identifying and merging records from a number of disparate source applications based on demographic criteria.<BR>* Correct patient demographic information where necessary.<BR>* Protect confidential information related to patients, members, employees and others.<BR><BR><BR><BR>Qualifications:<BR><BR>Required qualifications for this position include:<BR>* High School Diploma or GED equivalent<BR>* Intermediate to advanced computer proficiency <BR>* Previous data management and/or data entry experience<BR>Preferred qualifications for this position include:<BR>* Completion of some college coursework <BR>* Epic Identity proficiency or certification <BR>* Experience in Health Information Management<BR>* Epic experience <BR><BR>About the department you will serve.<BR>Providence Strategic and Management Services provides a variety of functional and system support services for all eight regions of Providence Health & Services from Alaska to California.
