               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Debit Card Services Specialist - (DH41228)<BR><BR><BR>Job Requisition ID: DH41228<BR>Job Title: Debit Card Services Specialist<BR>Job Type: Full-time<BR>Location: Portland, OR<BR><BR><BR><BR><BR><BR><BR><BR><BR>Job Description:<BR><BR><BR><BR><BR>The Debit Card Services Specialist is the primary point of contact between the client and Fiserv Card Services Team who effectively communicates appropriate dispute resolution processing for Visa or MasterCard debit clients in efforts to deepen Fiserv product penetration. This position reviews/processes claims in a timely and accurate manner that supports the department&rsquo;s Service Level Agreements while maintaining awareness of Visa or MasterCard processing timeframes, regulations, and processing changes. The Specialist performs data input, maintenance and settlement reconciliations using various software applications with the goal of maintaining loss ratios of less than 1% of annual generated income.<BR><BR>Responsibilities: <BR>&middot;    Completes dispute claims in accordance with network operating regulations and internal service level agreement timeframes. Manages a queue of clients and completes all daily responsibilities.<BR>&middot;    Stays abreast of Visa and MasterCard dispute resolution regulations and procedures to be a subject matter expert.<BR>&middot;    Maintains availability and responds to incoming client inquiries via telephone.<BR>&middot;    Provides reports and status updates on dispute activity and queues as well as ensures all daily tasks are completed on a regular basis.<BR><BR>Qualifications:<BR>&middot;    High school diploma or GED<BR>&middot;    1-3 years experience working in the operations department of a financial institution<BR>&middot;    Familiarity with the Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) industry<BR>&middot;    Knowledge of Visa/MasterCard Operating regulations preferred<BR>&middot;    Strong analytical skills<BR>&middot;    Strong customer service and communication (written and verbal) skills<BR>&middot;    Good PC skills including MS Office Suite <BR>&middot;    Ability to work both independently and in a team environment<BR>&middot;    Good organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and work accurately within deadlines<BR>&middot;    Strong ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, changing environment<BR>&middot;    Ability to work extended hours as needed to meet department needs. <BR><BR><BR>Fiserv, Inc. is an Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer and maintains a Drug-Free Workplace.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                   </font></td>
