               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">REQUIREMENTS:  *18 years or older  *High School diploma or GED  *Current valid driver's license  with vehicle insurance covering vehicle to deliver sheds  *9 months experience in basic carpentry, roofing, and painting skills, basic carpentry skills, basic roofing skills  *Some knowledge of the construction industry  *Good interaction and customer service skills    JOB DUTIES:  *Deliver display storage building safely to our customer's big box stores, customer property, and retail sales lots  *Performs customer service warranty repair tasks on customer sites effectively, efficiently and with courtesy and within the scheduled timeframe   *Perform all fabrication tasks as directed by management  as needed  *Deliver display storage buildings may require completing the training necessary to become a DOT/FMCSA qualified driver if not already qualified .    EMPLOYER'S COMMENTS:Pass pre-employment bdrug screen, ackground check, DMV records check and a physical exam after job offer,  If selected to become a DOT/FMCSA qualified driver, employee must pass and complete all requirements of DOT/FMCSA Qualified Driver Program.
