<td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Title: Demand Planning Manager- Running/Multi-Performance<BR>Location: OR-Portland<BR>Job Number:_00076698<BR>As our Demand Planning Manager for Running/Multi-Performance, you will directly lead and manage a team of Senior Demand Planners, developing demand forecasts which will be used by Sourcing and Supply Planning to drive critical downstream business processes. You'll collaborate with leaders throughout planning as well as in sales, merchandising, finance and territories to grow revenue and profitability through improved line planning, flow and forecast accuracy while minimizing risks, costs and closeouts. Furthermore, you will deliver meaningful demand analysis and insights to business leadership and x-functional partners. You will identify issues/opportunities to improve key demand planning metrics, establish action plans to improve demand planning practices, influence cross-functional stakeholders to drive change, and ensure follow through on the execution of plans. In addition, you will ensure consistency and standardization across our demand planning landscape when appropriate.<BR><BR>Qualifications:<BR><BR><BR><BR>* Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics or related field or an additional 2 years' relevant work experience in lieu of degree<BR>* 5-7 years' experience with demand planning strongly preferred<BR>* Experience with forecasting, buying and inventory planning and control processes<BR>* Team management experience, including hiring, coaching, developing and performance management strongly preferred - leading approx 3 direct reports<BR>* Proven track record of information seeking, analytical skills, resolving complex business issues and making sound decisions<BR>* Must have good negotiating and influencing skills and ability to resolve conflict and multiple priorities<BR>* Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to elicit information, actively listen, dialogue freely, verbalize ideas effectively, facilitate meetings, write clear and concise messages, and deliver presentations<BR>* Strong expertise with statistical measures and PC skills including MS Office, especially Excel<BR>* Ability to manage process improvement projects and drive change - project management skills are preferred<BR>* Understanding of Lean is preferred<BR>* Experienced in wholesale footwear, apparel, or equipment organizations preferred<BR>* Product process and commercialization knowledge helpful<BR>* Experience with SAP (APO), Cognos Reporting Tool or other advanced planning systems preferred<BR>* Experience working with diverse cultures<BR>* Occasional long hours during seasonal or peak deadline periods<BR>* Occasional travel (up to 10%) <BR><BR>Job: Distribution & Logistics </font></td>
