Our focus is to provide Lean solutions that eliminate waste, maximize customer value, and drive profitable business growth.<BR><BR><BR>The role of the Infrastructure Services Manager is to plan, organize, and manage staff and overall operations to ensure the stable operation of the organization&#39;s IT infrastructure. This includes developing, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing key functional areas, particularly network infrastructure, server infrastructure, data communications, and telecommunications systems. The Infrastructure Services Manager will also schedule and direct activities to resolve hardware and software problems in a timely and accurate fashion. The Manager will define and implement ITIL-based policies, processes, procedures, and best practices to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness of the Infrastructure Services department.<BR><BR>RESPONSIBILITIES<BR><BR>Strategy & Planning<BR>?     Implement short- and long-term strategic projects to ensure infrastructure capacity meets existing and future requirements.<BR>?     Collaborate with Infrastructure, IT, and Business teams along with industry leaders to understand the capabilities that need to be supported and enabled through infrastructure services.<BR>?     Plan service lifecycle by aligning with architectural and vendor roadmaps and business need<BR>?     Development of services and services catalog that consist of &quot;orderable&quot; units by customers<BR>?     Benchmark, analyze, report on, and make recommendations for the improvement of the IT infrastructure services.<BR>?     Forecast of service demand, service consumption and service costs<BR>?     Perform financial analysis and financial benchmarking for future services<BR><BR>Acquisition & Deployment<BR>?     Project manage the deployment of new infrastructure components and systems.<BR>?     Work with architecture teams on requirements and proof of concept studies for various upgrade projects, improvements, an                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                               </font></td>
