               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">We are a national provider of services to people with developmental disabilities looking for employees who love working in a challenging, fast-paced yet home-like environment, in group homes and day program serving individuals with developmental disabilities.      REQUIREMENTS  * 18 years or older  * High School Diploma or GED  * Valid Class C driver license and an acceptable driving record  * Strong basic knowledge of Windows and Web based programs.   * Entry level position, no experience required, however some knowledge or experience working with disabilities mental health conditions is highly desirable, paid training   * Sincere desire to assist individuals with developmental disabilities  with daily tasks and community outings.     PREFERRED:   * Medical or Mental Health Care Experience   * Access to a reliable vehicle during work hours (employer will reimburse mileage)     JOB DUTIES:  * Work in a Residential Program providing residential care to individuals with developmental disabilities and some medical health conditions.   * Sincere desire to provide direct service to developmentally disabled individuals; able to make sound judgments when given guidance and priorities  * Provide meal assistance  * Maintain a clean, safe environment  * Utilize either a company van or personal car for necessary outings.   * Assist individuals with their daily activities, personal care, hygiene.  * Utilize web-based database for reporting and keeping records.   * Provide behavior management and basic life skills coaching    Employer Coments:  * Pass criminal background check (DHS standards)    We have several openings in our NE, SE Portland and Oregon City sites.
