               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">***Multiple Openings Available***    REQUIREMENTS:  * High School diploma or equivalent  * Valid Class C Driver License to drive clients using a company-owned vehicle   * Skills to read, write, speak, and understand English to communicate with clients and staff and to complete required documentation   * Skills to perform a wide variety of tasks and deal with occasional behavioral challenges  * Willingness to complete a pre-employment survey prior to beginning the interview process  * Willingness to successfully complete state and agency required core competency training including, but not limited to, CPR / FA, and OIS trainings    PREFERRED:  * Experience in behavioral science or similar field   * Experience with behavioral challenges     JOB DUTIES:  * Empower individuals with developmental / intellectual disabilities in a residential setting to improve their independence and quality of life, and to help them live out the choices that they want to make  * Assist individuals in their daily activities  * Plan and conduct activities out in the communities  * Transport and accompany individuals to appointments using a company vehicle  * Assist with personal care and medication administration, social skills, and learning  * Position requires stooping, bending, lifting, and carrying at least 50 pounds of weight without assistance  * Attend all mandatory trainings and staff meetings with no exceptions     HOURS:  * Full-time, swing and grave shifts   * Position requires availability to work on weekends    EMPLOYER COMMENTS:  'This is a great opportunity to learn about psychology and behaviors, while gaining experience in the healthcare and social service fields.
