               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Director Ambulatory Oncology<BR> <BR>Department Center for Hematologic Malignancies<BR> <BR>Location MNP 2210<BR> <BR>Work Unit Description <BR> <BR> <BR> <BR>Work Schedule, Hours, FTE, Salary Range <BR> <BR> This is a full-time (1.0 FTE) position working Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm. The salary range for this position is $100,470 - $160,752 annually. This position is located on Marquam Hill.<BR> <BR>Functions/Duties of Position <BR> <BR> This position reports to the OHSU Knight Associate Hospital Administrator for Oncology Services, and guided by the policies and procedures of OHSU, the Director, plays a vital role in the direction and administration of all Ambulatory Oncology Clinics and Infusion Units in addition to the following programs: the Unrelated Donor Program, the Northwest Marrow Transplant program, the Cryopreservation Laboratory and the Interdisciplinary Breast program. In addition, the Director is responsible for planning and executing special projects related to program operations to ensure the achievement of strategic, operating, financial and customer services goals. Special project scope can include improving clinical operations, practice design and patient flow, resource use redesign, revenue cycle improvements, improving human resource management and customer service.<BR> <BR>Job Requirements <BR> <BR> Required: Master's Degree in Healthcare Administration or related field. Prior managerial experience in a complex, multi-facted health care setting. Five (5) or more years in a progressively increasing managerial/supervisory role. Experience must include fiscal/budgetary and operations management responsibilites. Demonstrated leadership skills.Demonstrated planning and organization skills. Demonstrated financial analysis and management skills. Demonstrated communication, interpersonal and conflict resolution skills. Demonstrated skills of working in partnership with physicians. Preferred: Experience in an academic medical setting. Experience in an ambulatory oncology care setting.
