               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Title: Director North America Digital Commerce Marketing<BR>Location: OR-Portland<BR>Job Number:_00079732<BR>As our North America Digital Commerce Marketing Director you will enable NikeStore.com and Nike Inline Retail Stores to both reach/exceed revenue goals and build the Nike brand by driving traffic, revenue and maximizing efficiency in Digital marketing channels by smartly allocating the demand creation budget by channel. Additionally, you will define and execute the overall online marketing strategy for North America, including:<BR>* Drive growth in all Digital traffic vehicles (both paid and unpaid), to ensure traffic volumes meet Nike&#39;s strategic growth priorities across the US market for both NikeStore.com and retail stores<BR>* Identify & execute strategies that provide a long term path for continuous improvement in efficiencies of paid marketing spend<BR>* Deepen relationships with our consumers via 1:1 marketing channels to drive loyalty and repeat purchase<BR>* Drive alignment across multiple divisions and ensure NikeStore marketing priorities map to the larger strategic objectives of Nike<BR>* Ensure team is integrated into seasonal planning processes to support the key initiatives product launches and sports moments<BR>* Work closely with Nike&#39;s Global Digital marketing function to ensure execution of a coordinated strategy across the Global and Geo teams<BR>* <BR>Develop new approaches to connect with consumers including leading Nike&#39;s evolving social marketing strategies for the NA Direct to Consumer business<BR><BR>You will also manage the Digital Marketing team responsible for driving traffic to NikeStore.com, including paid search, social, email, SEO (Search engine optimization), affiliates & display advertising. This includes overseeing the selection and management of vendors and agencies that support the team&#39;s activities. You will partner with the analytics team to analyze weekly, monthly and quarterly reports: draw insights, help the team identify optimization tactics, adjust strategy. Finally, you will provide expert mentoring, role clarity and development opportunities for team members to help them continue to expand their capabilities and growth at Nike.<BR><BR><BR><BR>Qualifications:<BR><BR>Requirements for the position include:<BR>* Bachelor&#39;s in Business, Analytical, Marketing, Economics, IT or Engineering Degree or an additional 2 years of related work experience in lieu of degree required<BR>* Masters degree (MBA/MSC etc) a plus<BR>* 8 years of work experience in Digital/online marketing; strong background in e-commerce required.<BR>* 3-4 years of previous experience managing Digital marketing professionals in a corporate (not just agency) setting; proven track record of helping drive and cultivate professional growth of team members required<BR>* Exceptionally strong understanding of Digital marketing across key channels including Paid Search, Email, Affiliates, SEO, Display Media and Social in an e-commerce setting required<BR>* Previous experience with managing budg                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                               </font></td>
