The more you succeed, the higher we'll raise the bar.<BR><BR>But would you really want it any other way?<BR><BR><BR>As our Director of Business Development - North America - Direct to Consumer, you will be responsible for :<BR>Driving Execution & Implementation of North America's Direct to Consumer Highest Strategic Priorities.<BR>? Direct and build best practices for integration across GMM processes and systems. You will serve as a functional expert and thought partner with all cross function team; you will lead teams to put strategic priorities into action with clear deliverables, milestones, and measureable progress against them - the North America Direct To Consumer Strategic House and the respective Inline Stores, Factory, and Digital strategic priorities.<BR>You will ensure Commercial Execution of Revenue & Margin Enhancement Opportunities.<BR>? Drive all new business opportunities as a captain on the ground taking the lead in setting strategy, harnessing resources, and driving cross-functional execution with partners both inside and outside DTC (ex. Lead on Digital Sport launches and NFL roll-out)<BR>Business Planning & Reporting<BR>? Analysis of results, quantification of strategy, evaluation of opportunities, etc.<BR>? Preparation for cadence of regular presentations (QBR, Fleet Review, etc.)<BR>? Ad hoc requests for information/analysis from NA and Global DTC SLT<BR><BR>You will identify, investigate, evaluate and negotiate strategic business alliances that are in line with the organization's long-range goals. You will evaluate and develop new market initiatives and analyzes business opportunities, manage strategic planning processes as needed to ensure the development of strategic initiatives, action plans and score carding to include CSR, QBR and monthly Deep Dives. You will be the lead in creating functional plans against defined projects that, when pulled together, will accomplish targeted revenue opportunities. You will lead the functional teams in driving selected projects forward to completion. In addition, you will be a Key collaborator for VP/GM of North America DTC and individual GMs of Factory, Inline Stores, and Digital on strategic decision making, problem solving.<BR><BR><BR>Qualifications:<BR><BR>Requirements for the position include:<BR>* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent <BR>* 8 years strategic planning, general business planning and implementation including experience in high innovation, product and retail centric busine </font></td>
