Every associate contributes to our practice through their expertise, passion and a desire to make a difference in the lives of pets and their people.<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /><BR><BR>The Director of Equipment Category Management is a general management role and will be responsible for Banfield?s performance in the medical equipment category-including developing strategies and brand standards that differentiate Banfield in the industry, collaborating with vendors on strategic programs, and leading/orchestrating cross-functional teams in developing, implementing, and measuring programs to improve medical quality, client satisfaction, associate engagement, and workflow efficiencies. The Director will hold primary accountability for creating and managing equipment P&Ls and the medical capital plan, defining new processes and creating new capabilities to drive Banfield and the veterinary industry to a higher level of performance.<BR><BR>The Director of Equipment Category Management will:<BR>?    Lead the development of Banfield?s equipment strategy to drive sustainable growth medically and financially:<BR>o Define Banfield?s equipment brand standards and guidelines working with Medicine/MQA and business teams.<BR>o Evaluate and prioritize equipment opportunities-including diagnosing opportunities/barriers in existing operations and working with vendors and the Commercial team to develop innovative equipment solutions.<BR>o Develop programs to build and grow equipment-based service lines. <BR>?    Lead evaluation, test and roll-out of new equipment models and programs to the field - overseeing pilot and roll-out planning, working with Medical Operations and Implementation teams to ensure a scalable, effective roll-out model for all equipment - including incentive systems for field performance.<BR>?    Direct team in achieving equipment medical and financial targets through end-to-end leadership of program planning, execution, and day-to-day management, in collaboration with the Equipment Category Management team, cross-functional partners, and vendors, working with Medical Operations to manage day-to-day performance, issues, and communications.<BR>* Master?s degree required, or the equivalent combination of graduate education, training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities. Top-tier MBA preferred.<BR>* Minimum 5-10 years of relevant professional experience in is required-focused on developing and rolling-out growth programs in a multi-unit environment (healthcare, retail, or hospitality), ideally in collaboration with field teams where both capital investment and significant behavior change required.<BR>* Ability / desire to advance to more senior role general management role.<BR>* Demonstrated track r                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                      </font></td>
