               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Title: Director of Quality and Patient Safety Regional Clinical Services<BR>Location: Clackamas, OR<BR>The Director of Quality & Patient Safety provides leadership, direction and oversight for the development and implementation of a comprehensive quality program that supports developing and implementing process improvement, outcome management, and quality and service standards and systems. This includes quality improvement activities and regulatory compliance as well as local and national quality initiatives for the Hospitals, Ambulatory Surgery Centers and Brookside Residential Program in the Northwest Region.<BR>The Director works to build a cross-functional, interdisciplinary team that focuses on clinical Quality Improvement (QI), Patient Safety, Patient Experience and Clinical Analytics.
