               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">REQUIREMENTS:  * Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work or a mental health related field (QMHP)  * A current CADC or equivalent national certification or a formal plan to obtain certification (have or obtain within four months)     * Working knowledge of MS Word and Outlook  * At least 1 year of experience in a broad range of clinical interventions and mental health assessments  * Experience working with African American youth    JOB DUTIES:  * Work for the R.E.A.L (Recovery, Education, Achievement, and Life) program - a culturally responsive program serving African American youth struggling with addiction and mental health.   * Provide substance abuse and mental health treatment services for children and family on site and in the community.   * Be responsible for assessment, treatment planning, provision of counseling (individual, family, and group) services, consultation with care providers and coordination of multiple service providers for his / her assigned client caseload.    HOURS: As an on call position, hours and days will vary. Be available to work a flexible schedule: days / evenings.
