The Employee Relations Specialist will partner with field and hospital leadership to provide support, education and advice on appropriate application of human resource and Practice policies and procedures in assigned regions. They will be investigate and document, utilizing specialized training, to perform in depth investigations, interviews, and interrogations regarding issues such as theft, fraud, pet abuse, harassment, and misconduct.
