<td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Energy Efficiency Project Manager<BR>Operations<BR><BR>SolarCity is seeking an Energy Efficiency Project Manager. The Energy Efficiency Project Manager will report to the Energy Efficiency Regional Operations Manager. Responsibilities will include leading in house installation crews and subcontractors in Home Performance with Energy Star weatherization installs, including air and duct sealing, insulation, roof ventilation, light carpentry, window and door installs, furnace and heat pump installs, and duct system redesign installs. Necessary skills include experience leading crews and coordinating and scheduling subcontractors insulating and air-sealing building envelopes, duct sealing, repairing and replacing ductwork, installing windows and doors, and installing attic, floor, and wall insulation in existing homes.<BR><BR>Responsibilities<BR><BR>• Lead and coordinate in house installation crews and subcontractors.<BR>• Help supervise 1-3 installation crews.<BR>• Manage, schedule, and test out 1-3 residential weatherization projects per week.<BR>• Ability to help train crew members how to do their jobs, including air sealing, duct sealing, installing insulation, windows and doors, bath and kitchen fans, attic ventilation, etc.<BR>• Ability to use appropriate fall protection when on rooftops.<BR>• Ability to conduct Home Performance with Energy Star test outs according to Energy Trust of Oregon, PTCS, and Clean Energy Works Oregon standards and protocols.<BR>Requirements<BR><BR>• 3+ years of construction, carpentry, weatherization, or insulation experience.<BR>• Knowledge of Energy Trust of Oregon weatherization specifications manual.<BR>• Knowledge of residential construction codes.<BR>• Knowledge of basic residential electrical wiring and codes.<BR>• Experience scheduling and managing subcontractors.<BR>• BPI certifications in Building Analyst and Envelope Professional.<BR>• PTCS Duct Sealing certification.<BR>• Lead based paint renovator training and certification.<BR>• Familiar with OSHA safety requirements. OSHA 10 hr preferred.<BR>• Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office.<BR>• Able to lift 50+ lbs<BR>• Ability to safely use common hand and power tools.<BR>• Ability to work in attics and crawlspaces safely. <BR>• Ability to work at heights installing roof vents on residential roofs with proper fall protection gear.<BR>• Valid and active driver’s license with clean driving record.<BR>• All candidates must successfully pass a pre-employment background, driving, and drug screen.<BR>Additional Information<BR><BR>• Previous experience as a residential weatherization crew lead preferred.<BR>• Previous experience as a project manager for Energy Trust of Oregon and/or Clean Energy Works Oregon jobs preferred.<BR>• Graduates of weatherization pre-apprenticeship training programs preferred.<BR>• Experience operating electric and/or gas insulation blowing machines preferred.<BR>• Experience installing blown in </font></td>
