We believe our employees are the foundation of our Company&#39;s success, and we are committed to continuous learning and quality, focusing on the customer, respect and accountability, flexibility, and good relationships with others. <BR>ENGINEERING MANAGER<BR><BR>BUSINESS CONTRIBUTION:<BR>TheEngineering Manageris an essential function to drive our innovation and continue to create market leading products to the ruralist community.<BR>SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES:<BR>* Lead, plan, direct, control, and coordinate design engineering resources focused on accomplishing objectives of the product segments and product design functional area. <BR>* Provide input/direction as the engineering representative for various product segment management teams. <BR>* Align product design engineering resources and activities with product segment and functional directions.<BR>* Supervise design engineers, test engineers, interns, and technicians to accomplish product segment, division, and engineering functional objectives along with individual employee growth and development.<BR>* Represent the organization as technical contact for customers, OEMs, vendors, and suppliers.<BR>* Plans, coordinates, conducts and implements research, development, or engineering projects assigned directly to the team involving high impact and highly complex projects.  Coordinates the work of engineers, technicians, and other support personnel and interacts with marketing, accounting, purchasing, manufacturing, product design and suppliers/customers.<BR>* Works to facilitate timely solutions on miscellaneous manufacturing process problems dealing with production down time, loss of or low efficiency, or quality deviations.<BR>* Provide product design department direction and leadership.
