Work towards the creation of an Enterprise Operations Center triage process. Work with clients to resolve issues with monitoring tools as well as requests for monitoring software to be installed. Run reports to provide monitoring information to other departments/clients.<BR><BR>Preferred Tool Familiarity:<BR><BR>HP SiteScope (most important)<BR>HP Business Process Monitor<BR>HP VuGen<BR>HP Load Runner<BR><BR>Other monitoring tool skills are valuable insofar as they give the candidate some understanding of the context of monitoring. </font></td>
