You?ll learn and develop skills to help you build a career that will take you straight to the top.<BR><BR><BR><BR>Responsible for assisting customers with hosting online web events; work with the customer to understand their conferencing business objectives and assist them with any issues that arise; document and understand customer requirements while communicating to appropriate internal teams; compile and organize information for reporting to customers which may include generating any new reports based on customer request; respond to customer requests and concerns in a timely and accurate manner.<BR><BR><BR><BR>Applicants for this job will be expected to meet the following minimum qualifications.<BR><BR>Education<BR>High school diploma or GED required. Bachelor&#039;s degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in marketing, business administration, or a related field preferred.
