Our focus is on providing lean solutions that eliminate waste, maximize customer value, and drive profitable business growth.<BR><BR>Your Role on the Team<BR>As our Expert Program Manager Direct to Consumer Technology, you will be an integral part of the team that provides technology and process support for Nike's retail brick and mortar stores. If you're the one for this key role, here's what you'd be responsible for:<BR>* Managing a team of professional project managers to deliver technology and process initiatives<BR>* Ensuring that appropriate framework and governance is in place and followed for successful project and program execution<BR>* Facilitating, estimating and developing asset acquisition requirements, tracking and reporting on actuals against forecast<BR>* Working with project sponsors and customers to define business requirements, business benefits and project scope<BR>* Managing change control against scope and it's impacts to time, cost, and quality<BR>* Defining project schedule, managing task assignments and tracking work against schedule<BR>* Providing guidance and direction on project methodology and best practices to Nike's standard project methodology;<BR>* Defining and managing project success/delivery criteria and monitors and reports on the realization of project success against criteria set<BR>To Be Considered, You'll Bring the Following:<BR>Demonstrated expertise in defining project goals, scope, approach, and overall task plan including providing clarity on critical path tasks<BR>Successful management experience with strategy, risk, issue, communications, project accounting, and other supporting plans such as training, resource<BR>Experience in full life-cycle solution delivery projects<BR>Experience, interest and adaptability to working in a Waterfall or Lean/Agile delivery environment<BR>Successful track record dealing with executive level professionals to drive business outcomes<BR>A consultancy approach to your work<BR>Strong presentation and influencing skills and the ability to i </font></td>
