<td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">***Registration in iMatchSkills (www.imatchskills.org) required for referral to this position*** REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited school of engineering * 4 years of industrial Electrical Engineer experience * Oregon P.E. in Electrical Engineering * Knowledge of NEC, medium voltage power distribution and emergency power systems * Experience with life safety systems and PLC based controls * Knowledge of safety, environmental, and engineering rules and building codes * Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook) JOB DUTIES: * Plan, control, and execute engineering projects in accordance with accepted engineering practices, in addition to following applicable plant engineering standards * Demonstrate professional competence in electrical engineering and a diversity of technical knowledge in other appropriate areas of engineering * Interface with state and local authorities on permits and compliance * Manage site electrical permit, electrical maintenance programs and maintenance contractors * Serve as a technical specialist and consultant for the organization in the application of new methods, technologies, and solutions to problems of exceptional difficulty and marked importance to the company * Prepare project specifications and scope of work for vendors, consultants and contractors * Review and select vendors, consultants, and contractors * Monitor and control the execution of projects for cost, schedule, and performance * Provide regular project reports and forecasts * Provide complete documentation, preventative maintenance schedules, standard operating procedures, and spare parts lists is connection with each project * Coordinate the activities and aid in the training of engineer's l and engineer's ll * Organize, direct, and control the efforts of an engineering project team with outside contractors * Provide technical support to other engineering disciplines and maintenance * Read and interpret complex documents and manuals and write reports and correspondence * Efficiently utilize computer applications for scheduling and reporting engineering activities * Work occasionally in hazardous areas involving potentially dangerous electrical power, chemicals, and stored energy * Walk and climb on and around facility equipment to conduct trouble analysis * Sit, Stand, and Walk for various amounts of time throughout the day EMPLOYER COMMENTS: * Pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check </font></td>
