You will foster teamwork and build consensus with primary responsibilities, workflow/resource management, and Sitefolio website collaboration. In this role, you will assist with coordinating the Store Design, Construction, Space Planning, and Procurement activities associated with new and remodeled Nike retail locations. <BR><BR>You will work in partnership with Business Development, Store Design PM&#39;s, Product Presentation, Space Planning and Store Operations. You will develop and execute timelines to insure all projects flow through the development pipeline, and all approvals are received in a timely manner.<BR><BR>This role will include your ability to simultaneously manage multiple ongoing project flows, while continuing to develop new business initiatives through scope and cost analysis documentation.<BR><BR>You will review current processes on an ongoing basis to identify opportunities to reduce cost, shorten timelines and improve service and quality. You will be a key liaison between NADTC and DTC Store design and work with a team of both internal and external contributors. You will assist in establishing goals and driving performance towards the successful completion of individual new stores and remodel projects along with the broader territory growth objectives. <BR><BR>You will monitor and approve, within designated limits, change orders generated from the field and processed through external Project Managers. You will manage project budgets with external Project Managers and provide weekly budget updates to the Sr. Construction Manager and Director of Construction. Additionally, you will partner with external Project Managers to resolve construction issues and conflicts in a timely manner. <BR><BR>You will review project leases and extract project close out information. You will communicate to the external Project Managers and General Contractors and insure that all obligations regarding close out documents and deadlines are clearly communicated.<BR><BR>While collaborating with peers, you will ensure consistency of information, share best practices and develop systems knowledge.
