               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Title: Field Rotational Program - Commercial Insurance - Portland, OR<BR>Location: US-OR-Portland<BR>Other Locations:<BR>Launch your career at Liberty Mutual Insurance - A Fortune 100 Company!<BR><BR>The goal of the Field Rotational Program (FRP) is to recruit and develop highly skilled leadership candidates.  By recruiting high-potential talent to fill entry-level roles we expect to have a deeper pipeline of talent leading to future management positions. The FRP takes participants through a range of assignments that provide the scope, challenge and experience necessary for future successes in the organization. The Program provides both a broad base of commercial lines insurance knowledge, and a deep dive into our core functions of underwriting, claims and agency management through a series of functional and project-based rotations.<BR><BR>The program is two years in length and consists of four rotations: three functional rotations and one project rotation. These tailored learning experiences provide participants with diverse career experience across multiple departments.<BR><BR>Participants have the opportunity to develop strong operations knowledge and build relationships through exposure to challenging assignments and diverse experiences. Participants &quot;graduate&quot; from the program with the background needed to make significant contributions to the organization.<BR><BR>Responsibilities:<BR>* Successfully completes functional training program and prescribed courses which include: on-the-job training; classroom instruction; self-study; case studies; and assigned activities.<BR>* Works with training contacts and business leaders to develop knowledge and experience in: decision-making; problem-solving; sales and negotiation; agency management and relationship building.<BR>* Develops knowledge and expertise regarding policy contracts and coverage&#39;s, agency relationships, underwriting and claims handling guidelines, desk management, and corporate strategy.<BR>* Acquires skills through helping conduct business research that&#39;s designed to improve business processes and grow the business profitably.<BR>* Assists in problem resolution as needed to ensure that customers receive prompt, efficient service in accordance with company policies.<BR>* Demonstrates the learning capacity, development, and overall ability to successfully meet all state licensing requirements, where applicable, and achieve eligibility to be promoted to Associate Analyst II approximately 12 months after starting the program.<BR>* Performs or coordinates special projects as requested. <BR>Qualifications : <BR>* 0-2 years of professional experience<BR>* Bachelor&#39;s degree with a minimum 3.0 GPA.
