               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">REQUIREMENTS:  * Understanding of water contaminate types  * Knowledge of water treatment technologies and filtration installation  * A valid driver's license and an insurable driving record (record will be checked)     PREFERRED:   * Plumbing certification     JOB DUTIES:  * Interact with all team members in pursuit of common sales goals to support growth through the acquisition of long-term, profitable customers.   * Solicit and secure new accounts through cold calling.  * Make sales presentations to prospective customers at fairs, shows, exhibits, businesses and residences.  * Work varied workweek and flexible hours to meet the demands of the position.   * Work independently and achieve goals with a minimum of supervision.   * Lift equipment and bottles weighing 43 pounds, as needed.   * Travel throughout the sales territory, as necessary.   * Be in compliance company's Driver Qualification Policy requirements.   * Ride with assigned Route Sales Representative on their delivery route in an effort to acquire 'on day' new business.   * Negotiate appropriate pricing and adjustment decisions within established guidelines.  * Identify customer needs; match needs to Company products and services, and overcome customer objections and resistance.  * Follow up to ensure new customers are set as requested.  * Meet established sales objectives.  * Communicate front-line conditions and customer problems to manager.  * Create and maintain contracts, accounting and service documentation and logs as required by manager.     EMPLOYER'S COMMENTS:   We are looking for an individual with strong written and oral presentation / communication skills; excellent planning, organizational and interpersonal skills     Base Salary $24K/year + Commission  Opportunity to make $45K+ based on sales    LOCATION: NE Portland 97230                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                         </font></td>
