The responsibilities for this position includes development and analysis of various financial reports, support strategic planning / budgeting and forecasting process, inventory reporting, costing and reconciliations, accounting for inventory returns, inventory obsolescence, and preparation of journal entries. Calculate monthly inventory turns, purchase price variance and working capital statistics.<BR>SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES:<BR>Conduct position responsibilities in a professional competent manner and execute assignments with a sense of urgency. Clearly communicate and manage expectations. Strive for constant improvement in efficiency in processes and procedures.<BR>Prepare and maintain reports for weekly inventory by location.<BR>Provide testing support and auditing of inventory valuation and costing to ensure accurate inventory valuation.<BR>Prepares audit schedules for quarterly and annual audit requests by external auditors.<BR>Assist Finance managers with financial reporting and business decision supportanalysis.<BR>Assist management with analytical review of slow moving and obsolete inventory.<BR>Provide data and analysis to be used for determination of disposition of suchinventory.<BR>Provide data and information needed to support year-end cost roll and inventoryvaluation, including monthly review of standard and current costs.<BR>Support year-end physical inventory process including the taking of the vendormanaged hardware physical inventory and valuation.<BR>Assist Finance Managers with strategic planning and budgeting requirements.<BR>Provide for cross-training of other financial ana </font></td>
