<td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Title: Financial Benchmarking Analyst<BR>Location: Oregon-Portland<BR>Job Number:_12780<BR>Providence is calling a full-time Financial Benchmarking Analyst for a day position at Providence Office Park in Portland, OR.<BR><BR>In this position, you will:<BR>* Coordinate the implementation and on-going use of a departmental and entity benchmark reporting system that will assist managers throughout the Region in effectively measuring costs in relation to internal and external benchmarks.<BR>* Play a lead role in working with regional and local leadership teams and department managers in providing current information related to costs, identifying and understanding expense trends, and providing information to support regional and local operational improvement efforts.<BR>* Perform all duties in a manner that promotes team concept and reflects the Providence Health System mission and philosophy.<BR><BR>Qualifications:<BR><BR><BR>Qualifications for this position include:<BR><BR>* Bachelor degree, in accounting, finance, Business Administration or information services<BR>* Equivalent work experience of five years in healthcare finance will be considered in lieu of degree.<BR>* Three years of experience in health accounting, finance, or decision support.<BR>* Experience using data extraction, spreadsheets, word processing, and Access software applications. <BR>About Providence in Oregon<BR><BR>As the largest health care system and largest private employer in Oregon, Providence offers exceptional work environments and unparalleled career opportunities.<BR><BR>The Providence Experience begins each time our patients or their families have an encounter with a Providence team member and continues throughout their visit or stay.
