You'll support the preparation and distribution of timely and insightful financial analysis of pertinent information in order to determine the progress against budget, forecast, and strategic plans, while ensuring integrity of the financial statements. You'll utilize the understanding of financial systems and data elements to actively interpret and review financial results within the department, including trends, issues, and opportunities in order to drive actionable responses. You'll also produce relevant management reporting and analytical tools to monitor monthly, quarterly and yearly progress against budgets and targets. You'll assist the finance team with monitoring monthly progress against budgets/targets and work with the team to ensure accountability. In addition, you'll participate in the monthly forecasting process for the department,<BR><BR>Qualifications:<BR><BR><BR>Requirements for the position include:<BR>? Bachelor's degree in Business or Accounting (CPA or MBA preferred)<BR>? Minimum of two years direct relevant work experience with financial analysis and/or reporting, forecasting, budgeting and modeling,<BR>? Advanced Excel skills<BR>? Intermediate level proficiency in using MS Word, PowerPoint and Outlook<BR>? The ability to work with various members from cross functional teams, in a fast paced and dynamic environment<BR>? Knowledge of various Nike reporting systems including BW and SAP is a plus<BR>? Strong ability to manage multiple, competing priorities.<BR>? Strong ability to develop high-profile, influential and collaborative relationships across teams and functions<BR>? Strong attention to detail<BR>? Ability to create reports and presentations for senior leadership as well as organizational counterparts<BR>? Strong verbal and written communication skills<BR>?
