               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Fixed Income Registered Sales Assistant<BR><BR><BR><BR>Description<BR><BR>We are currently seeking a Registered Fixed Income Sales Assistant to support our Portland, OR team. Responsibilities include backing up all sales representatives as necessary, relieving the sales staff of operational duties thereby allowing them to focus their efforts on selling. Assist with administrative support of client accounts; heavy client contact, questions and problem solving; processing client requests; handling multiple tasks; maintain files; project oriented; other clerical duties as directed. This position will also support the manager of our Public Entity & Cash Management Services department in an administrative capacity.<BR>One to two years industry experience required. Ideal candidates will have strong PC skills, excellent communication and administrative skills. Prioritization and the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines required. Bachelor&#39;s degree preferred.
