The salary range for this position is $27.47-37.32/hour. This position is located at Marquam Hill.<BR> <BR>Functions/Duties of Position <BR> <BR> The function of the CT Technologist position within the Department of Diagnostic Imaging is to provide technical diagnostic support. CT Technologists operate multi-detector scan equipment used to capture and process images for the purpose of medical diagnosis. The CT technologist promotes OHSU?s mission statement by delivering high quality, cost effective, family-oriented service. This position helps to create a collaborative environment by integrating education, research and clinical leadership. The CT Technologists work with infant, pediatric, adult and geriatric patients.<BR> <BR>Job Requirements <BR> <BR> Required: Must be ARRT (R) and ARRT (CT) certified by the American Registry of Radiological Technologists and licensed by the Oregon Board of Medical Imaging. Must have current approved CPR card. Proficent in IV/Angio cath starts and administration of rapid injection of contrast. Must demonstrate specific normal anatomy and abnormal pathology by the use of scan techniques, reconstruction, and 3D reformations. Understand complex Multi-slice CT imaging with the ability to implement very complex imaging parameters on a case-by-case basis.
