<td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">*** Registration in iMatchSkills is required for any job referrals *** REQUIREMENTS: * BS in forestry, forest management or natural resource related field * 4 years experience in forest resource analysis * Intermediate to advanced understanding of modeling concepts and techniques * Experience meeting multiple deadlines while multi-tasking * Written and oral communication skills * Client Service oriented * Skills in mentoring and team coordination PREFERRED: * MS in forestry, forest management or natural resource related field JOB DUTIES: *Perform lead responsibilities for compiling, editing and summarizing inventory and associated GIS data * Lead generation of growth and yield projections * Lead the design of timber cruises to meet information needs and satisfy time and cost constraints * Take lead responsibility during periodic updates of stand-based inventory systems * Lead inventory analyses to support appraisals * Lead with the testing of forest inventory and data management software * Provide assistance in applied statistics to foresters, biologists and other natural resources professionals *Stay up to date with developments in the field of forest biometrics, data management, programming and modeling * Lead the preparation of reports summarizing and comparing results * Assist in ensuring that all project work is fully documented and work files are maintained and archived according to MB& G standards and procedures * Provide quality assurance and quality control of reports and other deliverables * Act as project manager for a variety of concurrent projects * Manage project team to ensure that project deliverables are delivered within allotted level of effort, budget and schedule * Act in a supporting role to other internal project managers * Mentor junior staff by providing technical advice and direction, review of written deliverables, and coaching on career development, time management and conflict resolution * Provide analytical support to other Company projects as assigned (This work often takes the form of data analysis, statistical analysis, and economic analysis) * Perform literature searches and reviews on assigned topics using internet and/or library tools * Distill information into literature review or other formats as necessary * Moderate annual sales goals * Lead proposal development * Assist with and sometimes leads development of client relationships, participates in business development activities * Written and oral communication skills * Advanced technical report writing and editing skills * Intermediate skills in MS Office including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Access * Intermediate to advanced analytical and programming skills * Intermediate to advanced skills with growth modeling software (e.g. FVS) </font></td>
