This position will provide a safe environment through a continuous improvement culture that produces a high quality product, with emphasis on product value, profitability and cost management.<BR>DUTIES: Successful candidate will have a working knowledge of mechanical operations used in the industry and maintain, install, repair, improve and troubleshoot all foundry systems and equipment. Candidates will have clear written and oral communication skills and will be able to maintain open lines of communication with all departments and personnel necessary to ensure proper operation and maintenance of foundry systems and equipment. This person must comply with all company work and safety rules and related industry regulations and be a proactive part of improving plant safety.<BR>Job Requirements :<BR><BR>QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS: This position requires aminimumof three (3) years? experience as an Industrial Millwright. Applicants must be familiar with all phases of heavy industrial maintenance including:<BR>* Ability to read blueprints and schematic drawings to determine work procedures to assemble, dismantle and overhaul machinery and equipment using hand and power tools<BR>* Hydraulics<BR>* Pneumatics<BR>* Heavy Welding<BR>* Plumbing<BR>* Bearings<BR>* Trouble Shooting and Repair<BR>* Computer Skills-MS Office, maintenance software<BR>* Inventory Management Experience Desired<BR>MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK ANY SHIFT AND BE FLEXIBLE TO WORK OVERTIME AS REQUIRED TO SUPPORT BUSINESS NEEDS.This is a physically demanding job requiring good physical condition, good corrected vision, and the ability to read and understand directions. Mechanical and Mathematical aptitude are a necessary qualification for this job. </font></td>
