               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Brief Description:<BR>* Machine operator experience in manufacturing or printing required<BR>* Good number and basic computer skills preferred<BR>* Ability to lift 50 lbs standing and bending for an 8 hour shift is required<BR>Responsibilities/Duties for This Position:<BR>* Operate and maintain Ga-Vehren on a daily basis<BR>* Able to perform set up for various product lines run<BR>* Responsible for quality of product and all aspects of the workers on their lines<BR>* Daily production data must be accurately enter on paperwork and Hagen<BR>* Ability to make adjustment to the machine to assure production and quality goals are attained<BR>* Repair and order parts for machine as needed<BR>* Other duties as needed or assigned by Management<BR><BR>Required Education:<BR>* High school diploma or equivalent<BR>Required Employment Experience:<BR>* Minimum of 1 year machine operation in a similar production environment<BR>* Printing or manufacturing experience preferred<BR>Required Skills:<BR>* Mechanical aptitude<BR>* Problem solving skills<BR>* Team oriented and positive attitude<BR>* Speak and read English<BR>* Technical competence<BR>* Effectively communicate to new employees / training<BR>Required Abilities:<BR>* Able to lift 50 lbs on a daily basis<BR>* Able to stand, bend for an 8 hour shift<BR>* Able to understand and follow written and verbal instructions<BR>* Mechanical principals understanding<BR>* Able to direct other workers on job performance and daily tasks<BR>Environmental Requirements:<BR>* Prolonged periods of standing in a manufacturing environment<BR>* Intermediate to frequent lifting up to 40 pounds<BR>* Stooping/bending/reaching/grasping and fine motor skills manipulation<BR>* Exposure to dust, noise and temperature variations in a production environment<BR>* Continual work in the vicinity of production machinery and motorized lift equipment<BR>If you meet the above requirements, please submit your resume toaenaillon@westgraph.com.
