               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Title: Global Apparel Product Director - Men%27s Sportswear<BR>Location: OR-Portland<BR>Job Number:_00079239<BR>As the Global Apparel Product Director - Men&#39;s Sportswear, you&#39;ll be responsible for analyzing product, consumer and competitive trends in key markets for the Category. You&#39;ll apply expert understanding of the product creation, delivery and pricing needs of consumers, key markets and channels to decision making. You&#39;ll be responsible for managing integration between Footwear, Apparel and Equipment. You&#39;ll present regional input at appropriate meetings. You&#39;ll be responsible for creating and communicating a vision for a product Category. You&#39;ll direct the regional/global agreement of the product attributes, costing, sourcing, delivery and pricing needs of consumers, key markets and channels. You&#39;ll be responsible for developing action plans for regional gaps in line plan. You&#39;ll drive the execution of key initiatives. You&#39;ll be responsible for leading the product creation process. You&#39;ll direct the approval process for materials, fit and prototype sign off. You&#39;ll be responsible for overseeing or creating presentations to sell-in the product. You&#39;ll also serve as the Category spokesperson at key product creation meetings. You&#39;ll be responsible for planning the appropriate style/SKU level to optimize productivity, margin and revenue. You&#39;ll also ensure minimum manufacturing and raw material quantities can be met. You&#39;ll be responsible for coaching and developing Global Product Merchandising Team. In addition, you&#39;ll also develop, maintain and foster key relationships between Category, Regional and Cross Category Merchants at the appropriate level to ensure alignment and integration at the appropriate Gates and Dates.<BR><BR>Qualifications:<BR><BR>Requirements for the position include:<BR>* Bachelor&#39;s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field<BR>* Minimum 10 years&#39; experience in relevant product-related roles<BR>* An additional 2 years&#39; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree<BR>* Drive execution or key initiatives thru the product creation process<BR>* High level communication; presentations, reports, and email<BR>* Business, analytical and organizational skills<BR>* Extensive knowledge of Apparel Product Creation Process<BR>* Strong business orientation, analytical aptitude, and retail math<BR>* Strong business management experience<BR>* Demonstrated leadership capability, including ability to motivate and mentor others within work group<BR>* Ability to travel up to 25% of time, including internationally<BR>* Experience with Illustrator and Photoshop is preferred<BR><BR>Job: Merchandising & Product Management                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                         </font></td>
