               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Title: Global Director of Loss Prevention<BR>Location: OR-Portland<BR>Job Number:_00073773<BR><BR><BR>As our resident Nike Retail Loss Prevention expert, worldwide, you&#39;ll lead the development and implementation of Retail Loss Prevention strategies and awareness programs leveraged across all Geographies, Countries and concepts. You&#39;ll serve as the primary coach and counselor for all Nike retail loss prevention efforts, globally. You&#39;ll develop a security equipment and protection strategies appropriate for Nike&#39;s diverse and complex store concept portfolio. You&#39;ll partner with Nike Global Employee Relations and Human Resources teams to ensure alignment and agreement on potential employee corrective action arising from retail Loss Prevention incidents or policy infractions. You&#39;ll work closely with Nike Corporate Risk Management and Employee Safety and Health teams to develop and implement effective safety programs, training, audits and reporting. You&#39;ll further develop and strengthen Nike Global Retail&#39;s Crisis -Management program for all Geographies thru developing and implementing appropriate awareness and training materials. You&#39;ll partner with Nike Global Retail Finance to gain consistency and accuracy in inventory shrink reporting globally. You&#39;ll counsel and drive all geographies around the creation and implementation of Shrink Reduction Action Plans based on local physical inventories. You&#39;ll develop and maintain specific Loss Prevention metrics and scorecards to measure Global Retail Loss Prevention performance. In addition, you&#39;ll actively communicate with Nike Global Retail&#39;s Leadership to assure understanding, engagement and support of Global Loss Prevention philosophies, programs, policies and initiatives.<BR><BR>Qualifications:<BR><BR>Requirements for this position include:<BR>* Bachelor&#39;s degree plus 10 years&#39; relevant work experience<BR>* In-depth knowledge and expertise in Retail Loss Prevention, Safety and Crisis Management required<BR>* Ability to coach, counsel and influence all levels of retail employees and leaders<BR>* Documented, proven track record of success at senior levels in the Retail Loss Prevention field<BR>* Broad knowledge of technology and systems that are core enablers of an effective retail loss prevention program (EAS, Camera, VMS, exception reporting) required<BR>* Experience and expertise in dealing with Retail Loss Prevention issues and strategies outside of the United States strongly preferred<BR>* Proven history of leading diverse teams as well as effectively influencing dotted line reports required<BR>* Experience with major brands and brand protection is desirable<BR>* LPC (Loss Prevention Certified) certification preferred<BR>* Ability to travel globally a minimum of 25% required<BR>We&#39;re interested in learning more about you and appreciate you taking the time to apply online.<BR><BR>Nike, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer (EOE) that strives to create a diverse workforce and an inclusive culture.<BR><BR><BR>Jo                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                               </font></td>
