<td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Title: Global Equipment Sr. Merchandise Manager<BR>Location: OR-Portland<BR>Job Number:_00082129<BR><BR>As our Global Equipment Senior Merchandising Manager, you'll provide leadership and functional excellence in the development of the merchandising strategy and execution for the category. You'll collaborate across product types and merchant partners to create and execute assortments while leading the integration from seasonal kick off through go to market. You'll provide a critical role in understanding key markets and gaining alignment from those partners on the category vision. Your key to this role is in communication across product types, category functions, geographies and key territories. You'll partner with the global brand team in creating seasonal directives that bring the assortments to life at retail. You'll also work with Sales in defining execution guidelines and metrics to connect the assortments to Retail. In addition, you'll facilitate key meetings across the calendar, attend and participate in category meetings and presentations to other departments. Your thorough understanding of the category calendar process and your responsibilities within it should influence and impact the calendar and strategies. <BR><BR>From a strategic standpoint, you'll define and align the broader team to support long-term growth strategies for Global Equipment in the assigned category responsibilities; this includes creating 3-year strategic plans covering business growth targets across equipment product types. Youmust be the voice of Global Equipment within the assigned categories. The successful candidate must therefore be adept at creating strong relationships with all members in category leadership teams, must display influence skills necessary to push the appropriate Global Equipment agenda, and must be a strong listener to ensure appropriate category initiatives are properly carried back into the Global Equipment team for prioritization.<BR><BR>Qualifications:<BR><BR>? Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field required. <BR>? In lieu of a degree, an additional 5 years' relevant work experience may be substituted<BR>? Minimum of 5 years' progressively responsible experience in merchandising, integrated retail and/or product creation related role<BR>? Proven and tested retail experience in a buying, planning and/or merchandising function<BR>? 3 years' experience in a cross functional work environment; interacting, influencing and managing across virtual teams<BR>? Fully proficient skills in assortment planning, retail acumen, marketplace knowledge, consumer knowledge, and line planning<BR>? Strong brand understanding and delivering a premium consumer experience is critical in this role<BR>? Proven ability to ideate and apply creative thinking, including retail execution concepts, color application in assortments, and visual presentation development<BR>?
