<td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Title: Global Store Operations Program Analyst - Portland, OR<BR>Location: OR-Portland<BR>Job Number:_00080917<BR><BR>As the Global Store Operations Program Analyst, you'll give the Operations Performance Review (OPR) Team the information they need to make smart business decisions through data analysis and the right tools. You'll work directly for the Global Store Operations Program Manager, preparing ad-hoc and standard analysis of the OPR program that are used to assess the effectiveness of the program and communicate results to our stakeholders throughout the world. You'll also be responsible for assisting our OPR Reviewers in the Field by answering questions and resolving issues regarding the tools they use to support their daily activities. You'll create and maintain a help desk issues log to track and report status of these issues and requests. You'll maintain key documents, including photographs and videos, in an OPR library. You'll be responsible for tracking and reporting status of OPR reviews across the globe. You'll prepare work papers, identify and report issues, and work with management to develop practical, business-oriented solutions. In addition, you'll work on new initiatives and support meetings and conference calls.<BR><BR>Qualifications:<BR><BR><BR>Requirements for this position include:<BR>* Bachelor's degree or equivalent in MIS/IT, Library Science, Information Management, Business or an additional 2 years' experience in lieu of a degree<BR>* 2 years' experience supporting business users with business application training and help desk phone support<BR>* 2 years' generating standard reports and creating ad-hoc analysis for business users<BR>* Experience in document/knowledge management<BR>* Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including setting up spreadsheets, formulas, etc. and document management applications such as WebexConnect and/or SharePoint<BR>* Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment<BR>* Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities<BR>* Strong team player<BR>* Multilingual is desired<BR>* Fluent in English - both speaking and writing<BR>We're interested in learning more about you and appreciate you taking the time to apply online.<BR><BR>Nike, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer (EOE) that strives to create a diverse workforce and an inclusive culture. <BR><BR><BR><BR>Job: Retail Corporate </font></td>
