<td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Title: Global Supply Chain Performance and Analytics Manager<BR>Location: OR-Portland<BR>Job Number:_00061998<BR><BR>As our Global Supply Chain Performance and Analytics Manager, you will bring Nike Inc. performance management capability to the next level - drive forward looking, actionable view of supply chain performance, drive statistical analytics to root cause and action. You will convert information reviews to decision venues, and spur the organization to continuously meet and beat aggressive performance targets. You will deliver visibility to strategic and cross-functional impact of supply chain metrics and KPIs, and enhance proactive understanding of profitability, inventory, service and sustainability impacts through development of supply chain models that evaluate trends, scenarios, and play out simulation results. You will build and lead a strong virtual team of performance managers at Nike world headquarters and across functions, geographies and sports categories. You will support our senior executives in making business decisions required to beat annual and quarterly targets. You will manage relationships with 3rd party analytics solution and service providers, and steer towards the long term performance management operating and organizational model and vision. You'll own the company's operations benchmarking and education activities and develop a knowledge library that raises company-wide knowledge of supply chain benchmarks and best practices. You will use your entrepreneurial instinct to find new, untapped ways to delight Nike consumers through operational excellence.<BR><BR><BR>Qualifications:<BR><BR>Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Management or a related field or an additional 2 years of experience in lieu of a degree.<BR><BR>? MBA and/or graduate degree in operations research, applied math or statistics preferred.<BR>? 8 years experience in advanced performance management and analytics domain, supply chain management, retail/consumer goods or a related field<BR>? Gifted analytical thinker; proven ability to synthesize complex data into simple and compelling arguments for change; Quantitative modeling background essential.<BR>? Experience with setup and management of offshore and/or outsourced analytics capabilities<BR>? Strong understanding of financial concepts related to financial forecasting, return on investment, cash flow analysis, and cost accounting. <BR>? Comfort with principles and issues related to Business Intelligence tools and systems, development and design. Prefer direct experience with making tradeoffs among alternate approaches to supply chain analytics systems.<BR>? High emotional IQ. Strong relationship-building skills; ability to create trust among those with diverse personal styles.<BR>? Direct and virtual team management experience. Proven ownership of results.
