Responsible for developing the programs that will maximize the brand's awareness and sales, through the message and media that are meaningful to retailers and consumers. You will be recognized as an expert within the company to drive both global and geographically strategy and execution for golf apparel and footwear. You will lead project teams to achieve milestones and objectives using integrated consumer and trade positioning, visual merchandising, promotion and other marketing launch programs. This leader will anticipates internal and or external golf business challenges and/or regulatory issues; recommend process, product or service improvements. You will be solving unique and complex problems that have a broad impact on the business and brand. You will be a team contributor to the development of the overall brand functional strategy. <BR><BR>Qualifications:<BR><BR>Requirements:<BR><BR>* <BR>Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 8-9 years of directly relevant work experience in marketing, or 2 years in lieu of a degree.<BR>* <BR>Golf Industry experience or a personal passion for the sport is preferred.<BR>* <BR>Proven experience conducting multiple successful product launches per year and maintaining momentum after launch.<BR>* <BR>Experience working cross-functionally in highly matrixed environment, especially with sales and product teams.<BR>* <BR>Ability to successfully manage 3rd party agency relationships.<BR>* <BR>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.<BR><BR><BR><BR><BR>Job: Brand & Consumer Marketing </font></td>
