               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">REQUIREMENTS:  * Bachelors degree in science, or related field  * At least 5 years experience as a Health and Safety related trainer  * Experience with developing health and safety course curriculum from the ground up  * Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a team environment  * Excellent oral and written communication skills  * Experience supervising personnel  * Work efficiently and demonstrate effective organizational skills  * Work experience with compliance with the Occupational Safety Health Administration, Department of Transporation, and Environmental Protection Agency, etc.  * Familiar with Occupational Safety Health Administration Health and Safety regulations and experience in adult education     PREFERRED:  * Certified Industrial Hygienist and/or Certified Safety Professional certification    JOB DUTIES:  * Help further grow our current training program as well as provide Industrial Hygiene and Safety services for our clients  * Work with senior project managers, and other industrial hygiene staff to expand existing client relationships and develop new ones throughout the Pacific Northwest  * Contribute to the company's capacity in the training and industrial hygiene marketplace, and to:  - Present open enrollment and client specific Occupational Safety Health Administration, Department of Transporatation and Environmental Protection Agency compliance trainings including: HAZWOPER, Emergency Response, Occupational Safety Health Administration Construction, Department of Transportation, First Responder, etc.  - Develop course curriculum  - Provide support to the Industrial Hygiene/Safety team    EMPLOYER COMMENTS:  * Employer conducts a drug test and a background check                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                              </font></td>
